All products are shipped from India to Australia.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to customers located in Australia only.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM IST (GMT +5:30)

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India).

3. Shipping Options, Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated per product and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Economy Shipping

  • Cost: A$10.00 per product

  • Transit Time: 13–21 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 14–23 business days (including handling)

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: A$15.00 per product

  • Transit Time: 9–16 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 10–18 business days (including handling)

Express Shipping

  • Cost: A$25.00 per product

  • Transit Time: 6–10 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days (including handling)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Carrier selection may vary depending on shipping method and destination within Australia.

5. Tracking Information

  • A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking becomes active within 24–72 hours after dispatch.

  • Customers can track their shipment through our Track Your Order page using the tracking ID.

  • If tracking details are not received within 3 business days, please contact us.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

As orders are shipped internationally from India to Australia:

  • Customs inspections may occur.

  • Any applicable customs duties, GST, or import taxes imposed by Australian authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Delivery Issues & Resolutions

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged Parcels

  • If visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse the parcel and notify us immediately.

  • If damage is discovered after acceptance, contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence for a replacement or refund review.

Lost Packages

If a shipment is officially confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement shipment at no additional cost.

8. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address changes are only possible before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, we cannot modify delivery details.
