All prices on Stock Mug are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
7. When is my order confirmed? +
Your order is confirmed after successful payment. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@stockmug.com. We can only make changes before the order has been processed or shipped.

Orders are processed and shipped internationally from India to Australia.

10. What is your order cut-off time? +
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM IST. Orders placed before the cut-off are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
11. How long does order processing take? +
Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing does not take place on weekends or public holidays.
12. How long does delivery to Australia take? +
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:
  • Economy Shipping: 14–23 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 11–18 business days
  • Express Shipping: 7–12 business days
Processing time of 1–2 business days is separate from transit time.
13. What are your shipping rates? +
Our available shipping options are:
  • Economy Shipping: AUD 9.99
  • Standard Shipping: AUD 14.99
  • Express Shipping: AUD 24.99
14. Will customs or international delivery delays affect my order? +
Because orders are shipped internationally from India to Australia, delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing, local courier handling, public holidays, or logistics conditions.

Tracking details are sent after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to activate after it is issued by the courier.
Returns & Refunds
17. What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. Eligible returns may include damaged, defective, incorrect, or unused change-of-mind items that meet our return conditions.

18. What items are eligible for return? +
Items may be eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or unused and in original condition with original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back.
19. Do you accept change-of-mind returns? +
Yes. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days if the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
20. Who pays return shipping? +
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item returns, Stock Mug may cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is usually responsible for return shipping.
21. How long do refunds take? +
Approved refunds are usually processed within 1–5 business days after the return is reviewed and accepted. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
22. Do you charge restocking fees? +
No. Stock Mug does not charge restocking fees.

23. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item? +

24. What if my order is delayed? +
International orders may occasionally be delayed due to customs, courier handling, public holidays, or logistics conditions. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us with your order number.
25. What if my tracking number is not working? +
Tracking numbers may take 24–72 hours to activate after dispatch. If your tracking number still does not work after this time, please contact customer support.
