2. Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If approved, Stock Mug will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

5. Change of Mind Returns

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
